To enhance our teaching by sharing ideas, skills and strategies with each other in a supportive, non-threatening environment.

Norms

We will meet the second Wednesday of each month from 7 am - 7:30 am in E-116.

We will communicate through a group email list for reminders, etc.

We will use the wikispace as a resource to share information.

We will develop a monthly agenda collaboratively.

We will rotate facilitators for each monthly meeting, and share notes from each meeting.

We will create an open and trusting environment for members to share ideas.

We will support each other as we take new risks in teaching.

We will be sensitive to each other and receptive to others needs.

We will treat each other with respect.

We will expect professionalism among our group members.

We will share our good ideas and challenges with members of other PLC's.

We will develop a survey to assess our needs and interests and create a plan for future meetings.
